The E.P.O.C.H. Agency, formally "Blasters For Hire", officially turn 1 year old today!

Started way back on the 11th February 2009 by a slightly meglamaniac yet thoroughly fun-to-be-around Falleen who still won't tell us his name! , the Guild has gone through some major changes since its initial forming.

Originally intended to be a neutral guild, E.P.O.C.H. officially joined The Sith Faction when BioWare made it clear that these two Factions would be the only ones available in Star Wars: The Old Republic. At our core though, we are still a neutral guild in both alliegance and Role-playing functionality.

The year has seen promotions, demotions, the sorry departing of dear friends and the arrival of fresh minds into the collective. There's been arguments, laughter and more than a little storytelling by some of the Galaxies' finest. We've made new friends and some have even become the allies we have today.

The Admin team are proud to be a part of this awesome Guild and today, we'd like to give a little something back:

• Each Initiate that logs in today will receive a special gift which will help them on their way to EPOCHness!
  
  
• Each Agent who logs in today will get to choose between 3 special gifts which will aid them in-game.
  
  
• Each Ally who logs in today will also receive a special gift to thank them for their support over the last year.

Also there will be a short 7-14 day Play-by-Post RP later today to celebrate our year together with a short section for Agents only and then a big knees up at the Hyperion to which everyone is welcome - invites have been sent.

To add some fun and competition into the mix you can also try your hand at a little something called Where's Falleen? a parody on the "Where's Wally" observation game. First to find all 8 "mini-falleen's" correctly gets a unique prize!

And lastly there is an extra surprise in store for all our Allies, specifically the Ambassadors who have kept us up-to-date with their Guild's goings on and news. In a thanks to this we'd like to present to you Azure Towers Embassy Building.

Gosh, a whole year? Though I personally signed up on March 4 '09 and am no longer a Member, I still feel proud that the guild has survived it's first year. Survived and flourished I should say .

Well done to everyone who works so hard to keep the Falleen's dreams alive, and thanks to Lunarwolf and anyone else who helped prepare for today's celebrations!

Congratulations on the first year! One of the toughest for guilds, I'd say. Cheers for sticking through the good and bad that comes with the rocky start

I haven't known ya'll as long as others, but I must say it's been a damn pleasure. EPOCH is full of amazing people and quality roleplayers, so here's to another year and the hopes of seeing you in game (hostile negotiations aside!)

Wowzers, a whole year in the agency, and a damn happy one too! Many, many thanks to all the agents both past and present that have helped keep the name E.P.O.C.H alive and a name to be feared throughout the galaxy! Extra thanks to those that have helped with todays birthday activities, it's a shame I won't be on long enough to enjoy it all.

We've certainly come a long way since our inception and I'm glad to see that after a year we're still going strong considering the game won't be appearing on the shelves for a long while. Here's to another year *raises glass*!
