I'd have to go with Nal Hutta. It really does look like a grimey Hutt-controlled hell hole and the cantinas and palaces just look stunning.

Personally for me it's the companion system. I was truly hoping for each companion to be completely unique and although the system is a good idea, as a roleplayer I'm dead against us all having the same one. A close second would be character creation and available species.

And all the ingame images, videos so far are just with himans (players).
And remember kotor 1 & 2, (tor is like online kotor 3...), there you could as well just take Humans.
