"You'll find work at The Swollen Shaak, sure. You'll also find trouble!"

The clicking of the man's boots came to a halt outside the less than sanitory cantina. He looked up at the sign, then had a quick look around, possibly for anyone following him, before entering.

At first glance he seemed to be too well groomed for this sort of place. His boots were in good condition, and his clothes seemed to be recently cleaned and pressed. For the trained eye, a second glance could tell this human belonged here.

His hands had wounds that were not caused by working with computers, or selling garments at the local bazaar. He had been in a fight. The wounds were healed, but scabs still remained.

At his side was a blaster. The grip was not the original, yet still looked worn. The barrel was charred at the end, most likely from repetitive use. The only part of the blaster that looked new was the stun switch. This was mainly because it was 'never needed'.

As he walked into the cantina a brawl was ensuing. This was not uncommon. The service droid cleaned around him as he approached the bar, the broken glass cracking under his combat boots. He sat down on the empty stool. This was probably not the safest place sitting beside the duelists, but a seat was a seat.

On the opposite side of the bar was a Quara pilot, collapsed across the top of the bar. He was surrounded by empty glasses and his awful stench unfortunately made across to the man.

The service droid approached.

"A drink sir?"

"Whatever he's having"
*pointing towards the intoxicated Quara*
"And I'm looking for some 'transporting' work. I was told this is the place..."
"Oh, and please, call me Godjera."

((attempt number 1. Took ages to make sure I didn't ruin continuity. Haven't RP'ed Star wars in ages!))

Suddenly Ree'tak was at Creed's side ('A second too late' she silently cursed herself). Her expression was still the odd steely one that had changed in her conversation with Nex, as if she was a different person.

'You ok there, Creed? Frotz that was a little too close for my liking.'

Then, as Nex walked over to them both and the newcomer human made his way into the Cantina, the sterness in her face seemed to melt again and was replaced with a welcoming, freindly smile.

'Well, you sure know how to pick them, I'll give you that much.' Her hands lowered to her hips as she fained annoyance in a cute girlish fashion.

'This is the gentleman you wished to see, Creed' she said motioning to Nex whom she realised she'd been overtly abrupt with. 'I do hope you boys can sort this little incident with that delicious-looking humaness out? This place looks far too small for small-arms fire.' Finishing her comment with a wink to show she wasnt serious, Ree'tak re-straddled her chair and put her chin in her hand, studying all the new faces.

Ne'tra Kar'ta's investigation had led him to The Swollen Shaak. He knew the place. He knew the owner, had worked as a bouncer for the place when the owner and he both need the work to be done. It was a fine place but always short on help. Just that annoying little S00-Z. 'Defunct bot...'

But this time he wasn't there on Shaak business. Ne'tra had been payed to muscle some Snivvian into a profitable arrangement with the Trade Commission, an profit that was only rewarding for one of the parties. He had found out that the Snivvian was meeting with some Talortai Jedi. Finding a specific Talortai anywhere in the galaxy was rarely difficult, but when he knows that the Jedi's at the Shaak, it would barely even be a challenge.

When Ne'tra came barging into the cantina he was feeling particularly morose; he knew he wouldn't be gratified with a kill on this mission. He saw the Talortai on the other side of the cantina, in a conversation with a Twi'lek girl, looked "nice", and some human, nothing out of the ordinary. He knew that in order to get anything out of the Jedi he'd need the upper hand. But he also knew that the Jedi wouldn't respond to threats and could presumably handle himself in a fight. So in order to get his point across he would need to be tough but cordial.

Ne'tra approached the Talortai and pushed him against the wall, disregarding his conversation with the two urchins.

"Sacwo Cwwachhacraww. Oacworwo acc acwo? (( The Snivvian. Where is he? ))

Aliendra froze for a second. Her face expressed disbelief. She blinked and shook her head. She grinned and her hands rested on the ground lifting her up to a sitting position.

"Ceed? What are you doing! Don't sneak up on me like that..."

She closed her eyes again and took a deep breath, then brushed her hands through her red locks and lifted them up stretching with a smile on her face.

" Mmmh! That was good!" She sighed as she opened her eyes again smiling and looking at the commotion around her. She tilted her head to the side curiously.

" So... What's up? Someone got shot again?"

As he made his way over to the group he holsterd his pistol since its was quite again.

"i take it your creed?" he said to the man in brown whilst finding a place to sit. "its not a good idea to get killed befor we are given the mission. Im Raiflaine by the way."

Raiflaines eyes quickly looked over the other people near by checking for weapons and gessing there specializations. his eyes seemed to linger longer on nex's face and the lightsaber at his hip, then on the fine looking twi'lek.

At wich point a wookie grabed Nex and shoved him against the wall.

An angry wookie is something nobody would want to handle. Godjera's hand slipped dowards to his holster opening the lock 'just in case'. He tried not to pay them any attention to avoid the attention himself.

The Twi'lek girl was pretty.

"You're looking..." *Godjera whispered to himself taking a sip of his drink*

The drink was strong. The owners obviously didn't water their drink down much like the cantinas on Tatooine (although that was probably more due to the lack of water he thought).

He started looking elsewhere in the room to avoid avoid making eye contact with any of the group...

*Godjera put his hand on the pistol handle*

The group appeared to be attracting attention from other patrons in the bar. It was a matter of time before something big staretd.

The cantina began to get more and more crowded every second, and with everyone yelling, unwanted attention was unquestionably being drawn to him. In all the commotion, a wookiee entered the cantina and charged at Nex, pinning him against a wall. His red dyed claws reeked of blood, no doubt a deadly warrior.

‘A wookiee? Is this yet another bounty hunter hoping for one more trophy?’ Nex thought as he attempted to move his arms free. He was stronger than most, much stronger, a worthy adversary.

Wookiee’s are one of the few species that Nex highly respects, due to their incredible strength and their code of honor. But this one was different, his blood soaked claws were proof of his suspicions, not to mention the cybernetic implants.

“Sacwo Cwwachhacraww. Oacworwo acc acwo?” The wookiee said in a forceful manner.

‘The Snivvian?’ Nex thought. ‘Must have had more enemies than I originally thought.’ But Nex was never one to endanger his clients, that’s bad business.

With an amused grunt, Nex released a small wave of force energy, just enough for him to free his arms. He shook his head signaling that the information the wookiee wanted would not be handed over. The wookiee let out a roar that sent chills down the spines of the onlookers and approached Nex again. The wookiee’s attempt at pushing him against the wall again was met by Nex’s own strength as they locked hands. It had become a game of brute strength, to see who the “superior” being was.

Nex was surprised at the sheer power the wookiee was exerting. Very few were able to match his strength. Both of them were in a deadlock, even with their cybernetics neither combatant could get the upper hand, but Nex was stubborn and didn’t like to lose. The amount of energy the two gave off could undoubtedly be felt by the others as the competition continued.

With a slight chuckle Nex spoke, “Your strength is respectable, but I will not give you the information you seek. You will have to find it elsewhere.”

Although he could feel the anger still boiling within him, just one look at Aliendra proved she wasn't aware of her previous actions.

He turned to a concerned Ree'tak who's presence alone had a calming effect on his otherwise temperate state of mind.
"I'm fine thanks to our good friend Raiflaine here...and he has a point, we have more important things to discuss..."
"Thanks for making it here on time Raiflaine, you could say it was almost perfect!"
He hoped his somewhat sarcastic attack had grabbed Aliendra's attention, but as with most addicts she was oblivious to what she had done .
"You were lucky this time Aliendra. You were a good few seconds away from having a blaster bolt the size of Alderaan placed in between that pretty face of yours!"

His attention was suddenly diverted away from him as a exceedingly aggressive Wookiee somehow managed to use his brute strength to slam his new found Talortai acquiantance into the cantina wall.

Creed's hand automatically shifted to his forehead, what on earth had he got himself into? This was 'supposed' to be a quiet secretive business arrangement and now it had turned into all-out chaos. All he could hope that was 'the man with the plan' knew what he was doing, which of course he normally did.

He took a step forward toward the two brawlers and removed his blaster from his holster.

"I suggest you take your hands off of my friend furball, or I'll be forced to use this...."

((AWESOME! I actually got to facepalm in RP!! My life is complete!!!))

*beep* Raiflaine put one hand up to hes mic.

"Yes. i can see theres an angry looking wookiee in here, thanks for the heads up" he said sarcasticly down the mic. Sometimes he really does wonder what that girl is thinking.

Letting out an arrogant laugh, “Your strength is respectable, but I will not give you the information you seek. You will have to find it elsewhere.” The Talortai's power was admirable.

Ne'tra was in a deadlock, both of the physically and mentally. Here, there was nothing more that he could accomplish. Black Heart knew he could get the answer out of the Talortai. But not now, not in the Shaak. Too many people. The Jedi's stern refusal to answer his question did answer something. The Jedi knew who the Snivvian was, and now Ne'tra knew that the Snivvian was or had recently been on this planet, there probably wasn't much the Talortai knew beyond that. That's all he needed.

The Human with the Talortai had pulled his blaster out. Ne'tra didn't respond to threats either. He used all of his pent up adrenaline and pushed the Talortai back. Then set his cold black eyes on the Talortai's.

"Ah ohahanan wwahwhwa acahsc. Rooohu ohahanan cwowo scwo rarrraahwh." (( I will find him. You will see me again. ))

The Wookie turned to the human, scoffed, and then left the cantina, disappearing into the night.

Aliendra laughed and then grinned at Creed.

"Friends of yours? She slowly lifted herself up and sighed cleaning her clothes up a bit.

"A blaster bolt huh? Nothing new there... But you. You should know not to grope a lady when shes unconscious! Didn't know you were that desperate... "

She crossed her arms around her chest and gave him a wicked smile.

"Sooz bring me something to drink will you? The usual..." She asked while eyeing both the twi'lek and the human standing with Creed.

"So... What are you doing here Creed? Except molesting unconscious women hmm? And whats up with the wookiee?" She frowned as she looked at the wookiee going away.

" uhh! Hate wookiees!" She shrugged.

"GROPE???!!!!"
He realised his choice of words could have been better, especially when raised to a deafening pitch in the middle of a less than friendly cantina.
"Girl, sometimes you're so spaced that I honestly don't think you know what you're doing!"
Sometimes he didn't know whether to be angry at the girl or just feel sorry for her. It couldn't be easy having such an affliction, and he owed her for saving his life on more than one occassion.
He moved closer to her ear so that the rest of the cantinas patrons couldn't hear what he had to say...
"I'm on official business at the minute. The man with the plan ordered me in here to set up a meeting and it's proving to be quite a strain, one might say."

"Arrrrrre they all heeeeeereeee yet?"
His earpiece picked up the voice of his less than happy sounding employer.
He replied with hesitation..
"Yes sir I think they're mostly all here, just one or two missing."
"Weeeelll then tell me thisss.......why have I just seen the Wookiee leave the cantina?..."
"The Wookiee?"
"Yessss......the Wookiee was one of your contacts you insolent fool!"
He could feel the sweat pouring down the side of his stubbled face.
"Sorry boss, I didn't realise, I shall fetch him back now"
"Yessssss..... I think you'd better had"

He turned to address the rabble that he had accumulated over the last hour.
"Guys, we have a problem. We need to get that Wookiee back in here and pronto!"

((BTW guys you couldn't hear that convo just in case i've confused anyone. Oh and Aliendra that last post was great! ))

Cerrain walks into the inn, He stares around the Cantina as he enters, Wearing his Black armour as always and having his Blaster slang back at his back,

He slighty stops at the entrence to get a better standing at where he is, Someone told he were to come, Something about 'The Agency' beside, He were interstred to see what he hade got himself into this time,

On his helmet a old insigna of a Mandalorian clan, Can be seen.

He folds his arms and leaned towards a pilar, stareing at his surroundings to see, Searching at every faces in the cantina

Aliendra laughed out loud.

"What? I'm not grope- worthy hmm?" She grinned wickedly at Creed.

" At least more interesting then that walking carpet! Ugh.. Why would you want IT back is beyond me..." She shrugged again grabbing the glass Suzee brought. Her eyes rested again on both the twi'lek and Raiflane...

"So many more "interesting" subjects to talk to around here..." She smiled then sipped her drink. She closed her eyes for a second... She needed that... She felt herself shaking gently. Trying to keep up appearances after one has died and came back to life a few minutes ago isn't so easy... Not that she never done it before...

"I need to sit down..." She smiled politely. "If you need me... I'll be at the table" She pointed at the table with her glass and slowly walked that way...

She winked at the twi'lek passing her by...
"Careful now... Creed is quite the perv."

"Pervert?!"
He'd been called many things in his time but this was a first.
"Aliendra.....I......I.......I'll deal with you later!"

As he rushed out of the door he could see a tall figure dressed in black leaning against a pillar.
"You, Mandalorian! Did you just see a large black-furred Wookiee run out of here? BIG, angry looking guy, snarls a lot..."
